Strength
Lordstown has a lot of recreational programs available for the inhabitants. This provides many opportunities for people to get out and enjoy company of their surrounding neighbors as well as their community. There are exercise classes that focus primarily on improving body image which is good for girls who have body image distortions. The Lordstown Village website provides times for all of the events.
Weaknesses
A lot of the recreation classes do not have much availability for the elderly to attend. There are no elderly centers where they can just sit and play Bingo or other games that elderly play in nursing homes. This may lead to the elderly isolating themselves and being more susceptible to developing depression.
